Our extensive database, consisting of local real-estate agencies, developers, specialised newspapers and internet portals, guarantees that we will offer you the very best market coverage.
After reviewing all offers matching your criteria, we will personally visit these properties, sparing you this difficult and time-consuming pre-selection process.
We will provide you with a full description of the 3 properties we consider most suitable, including an estimate of potential rental incomes as well as refurbishment costs, if applicable.

OUR WORKING METHODOLOGY
As soon as you have approved our Project Summary, we will immediately start the property hunting process based on the required criteria.
The searching process usually lasts from 2 to 10 weeks, based on the timeframe previously agreed.
All the information gathered (viewed properties, inspection notes, etc.) is reported back to you in our General Inspection Report.
We know how important it is to be able to compare and contrast properties when making an investment decision. That is why we will submit you a choice of the 3 properties closest to your requirements.
For each property, a Specific Inspection Report is provided, providing full details of the surrounding area (local facilities, public transportation, road access), the building (structure and exterior condition) and the property itself (location, orientation, natural daylight, flooring, ceiling, heating, electrical and plumbing installations, etc.).
This report includes photographs and floor plans.
